Install the flat washer and lock washer from underneath, then tighten the hex nut to secure. Follow the same steps to install lights in other mounting locations. Adjust the tilt angle of the light pod to find the best beam spread. Use an Allen key to tighten the bolts on both sides of the U bracket to lock the tilt angle. Before wiring, remove the included fuse from the wiring harness for safety. Connect the red power wire to the positive terminal of the 12V battery. Connect the black wire to the negative battery terminal or ground it to a metal part of the vehicle chassis. Find a clear spot in the engine bay and securely mount the relay. Neatly organize the wiring in the engine bay and secure it with zip ties. Open the fuse box and locate the ACC fuse switch power source. Wrap the red ACC trigger wire around the fuse leg, then plug it back into the fuse box. Locate the firewall passage between the engine bay and the cabin, then route the switch wire through it. Peel off the backing from the double-sided tape, then mount the switch in a convenient location. Connect the DT connectors from the wiring harness to the pigtails on the back of the light pods. Finally, insert the fuse into the inline fuse holder on the wiring harness. Installation complete. Estimated installation time is 30-60 minutes.
