Fully engineered mounting system which completely replaces the factory bumper, integrating seamlessly with the vehicle's frame. Designed and tested to endure winch loads. Steel uprights extending from the top tube through to the bumper section, forming part of the bar to chassis mount for maximum support. Press formed top pan and cover panel, with an aluminum winch cover panel for when a winch is not installed. Multi fold upswept and tapered wing design for strength and optimum approach angle. ADR and Air Bag compliant. Split pan design for maximum strength and airflow. Three piece grille design for the split pan. Installation Notes: Requires a vehicle specific fitting kit (e.g., ARB Bumper Mounting Kit 6177349). Installation involves removing the plastic bumper and other associated hardware. Drilling of chassis holes (e.g., 10.5mm and 13mm) may be required. For light-colored vehicles, it is recommended to mask off and paint certain exposed areas with satin black spray paint. Winch installation may require a separate kit (e.g., 3500720 Winch Install Kit). A Hawse fairlead spacer kit (part 3500600) is required when fitting a hawse fairlead. An optional fog lamp housing clear lens kit (3500680) is available. Fasteners must be tightened to specified torque values: M10 bolts to 44 Nm, M8 bolts to 22 Nm, and M12 bolts to 77 Nm. It is recommended that this product is only installed by trained personnel. A thorough visual inspection of the bar is recommended annually or as part of any pre-trip preparation, ensuring all bolts and components are torqued correctly. This product is not designed for any vehicle make or model other than those specified by ARB. Modifying the product or its fixing in any way is not permitted.
