Fit pinch weld to the sides along the full length of the cut edge. Insert nut plates into the chassis rail. Loosely fasten the chassis support brackets. Re-install the LH and RH headlights. Carefully cut out the bumper cut template supplied and outline the edges onto masking tape on the bumper where the cut will be performed. Fasten the cover panel to the bull bar using bolts and washers.
