Installation Guide:
This kit is designed for repairing tubeless radial or cross ply tires without removing them from the vehicle or rim.
1. Locate the puncture in the tire.
2. Use the reamer tool to clean and prepare the puncture area.
3. Thread a self-vulcanizing repair cord into the eye of the insertion tool.
4. Apply lubricant to the repair cord and the insertion tool to facilitate easier entry into the tire.
5. Firmly push the insertion tool, with the repair cord, into the puncture until approximately 1 centimeter of the cord remains outside the tire.
6. Rotate the insertion tool 90 degrees and pull it straight out, leaving the repair cord securely sealing the puncture.
7. Inflate the tire to the recommended pressure using the pencil type tire gauge with dual chuck.
8. Use the included blade to trim any excess repair cord flush with the tire tread.
9. Verify that the repair is airtight.
