Use an Allen key to adjust the tilt angle of the light pod to achieve the optimal beam spread, then tighten the bolts on both sides of the U bracket to lock the tilt angle. Wiring Harness Preparation Before proceeding with wiring, remove the included fuse from the wiring harness for safety. Connecting to the Battery Connect the red power wire from the wiring harness to the positive terminal of the 12-volt battery. Connect the black wire to the negative battery terminal or ground it to a metal part of the vehicle chassis. Mounting the Relay Find a clear and secure spot within the engine bay to mount the relay. Neatly organize the wiring in the engine bay and secure it with zip ties to prevent clutter. ACC Connection (for Daytime Running Light) Open the fuse box and identify an ACC fuse switch power source. Wrap the red ACC trigger wire around the fuse leg, then plug the fuse back into its slot. Routing the Switch Locate a suitable firewall passage that connects the engine bay to the vehicle's cabin. Route the switch wire through this passage into the cabin. Peel off the backing from the double-sided tape on the switch and mount it in a convenient location within the cabin.
