Insert M8 Nyloc nut and 6mm nut into each cavity in the light body, then insert the nut spacer to hold them. Slide the mounting bracket around the nut spacers and secure to the light body using M8 cap screws and flat washers, M6. Attach the light to the bull bar or flat mounting surface using M12 mounting hardware and M8 pinning hardware where provision allows. Pinning bolts are recommended for off-road applications and may require additional drilling or modification of the mounting surface, including rust prevention. For horizontal adjustment, it is not applicable when mounted on a vertical surface. Vertical adjustment is achieved by tilting the light body up or down and tightening the security Torx bolt with the supplied key wrench. The M8 cap bolt can then be tightened. ARB recommends the use of ARB Driving Light Loom Part Number 3500480. For models with Bi-LED headlights, an NHWA02H26 High Beam Adaptor is required for installation. To prevent galling, lubricate bolt threads with nickel or lanolin based lubricant such as Loctite 771 or Lanotec. Leave bolts loose until placed on vehicle. Ensure all electrical connectors and wiring loom are secured away from sharp edges. Regularly check all mounting and adjusting bolts to ensure they are secure and torqued. Cleaning: Clean with warm soapy water and a sponge or soft brush. Do not use solvents, scourers, or hard bristle brushes. Remove the clear cover periodically to clean the light lens.
