It features fine insect screened windows and a door, along with a high density bonded chip foam mattress for increased comfort and durability. All aluminum components, including the retractable anodised aluminum ladder, enhance corrosion resistance and overall appearance. Installation Guide:
This product requires a roof top tent mount kit and can only be fitted to vehicles with a roof load rating of 100 kg or greater. While one person can perform the fitment, at least two people are needed to lift the tent into place. The installation does not require drilling holes in the roof rack or roof bars. The tent includes a set of mounting hardware and comprehensive instructions.
To set up the tent:
Park your vehicle on a level surface.
Remove the travel cover by releasing the hook and loop straps and unzipping around the three edges. Lift the tent cover over the tent and either rest it against the vehicle or slide the remaining edge from the channel.
Release the hold down hook and loop straps on each side of the tent.
Slide out the ladder until the locking pins engage, then use the ladder as a lever to unfold the tent. Rest the ladder on the ground at an appropriate angle.
Enter the tent and release the four elastic bungee cords from one side.
Extend and tighten the extendable bow inside the tent.
Retrieve the six tent window rods. Insert the straight end of the rod into the slot on the tent base. Bend and place the hook end of the rod into the hook on each corner of the flysheet.
Prop open the vents above two of the windows using the hook and loop support.
For the annexe setup:
Remove the annexe from its bag and unzip the back panel from the rest of the annexe if necessary.
Tension the back panel and peg it to the ground, ensuring that the mud flap skirt is taut.
Using the large section of the annexe, thread the rope section of each side.
Thread the remaining short piece of rope section around the corner piece.
Engage the zip sewn on the veranda skirt with the half of the zip on the main tent.
Engage the side zips that attach the back panel with the side walls of the annexe.
Arrange and secure the mud flaps with the pegs provided.
Square out the floor of the annexe and peg it into the ground.
